Winning in Business and Life Using Down-Home Wisdom
Janice Bryant Howroyd left her hometown in 1976 armed with $900. Two years later she founded ActOne, which she grew into a multibillion-dollar global organization with 2,000+ employees across more than twenty countries. In her session, Janice will share some of the key concepts from her book, Acting Up, which recounts the powerful lessons that both served her as a young, poor girl in the segregated South, all the way through her experience as the first African American woman to start a billion dollar company
