From Next to Now: African Food Culture

Date TBA

Music, media and travel are contributing to the growing consumer interest in African food culture. In recent years, a slow explosion of chefs, culinary creatives, and companies exploring opportunities in the food and beverage industry focused on the foods of Africa and its diaspora, have attracted mainstream media attention. From African inspired menus and food festivals, to brick and mortar establishments and products, African food culture is far from the next wave, it’s what we all should be paying attention to now.
