In the current social and political climate there is no shortage of insensitive comments that can become psychological triggers. What do you do when those triggers invade your social media feed, interpersonal spaces and even the workplace? In this session, participants will engage in an interactive session that focuses on understanding and addressing triggering events. The presenters will also share how to take actionable steps in managing triggering moments and move towards healing. There will be a strong focus on social justice and self-care in this session.
