One-third of McDonald’s locations have introduced self-service kiosks while Amazon recently confirmed it has more than 100,000 robots working in its warehouses. While Amazon has committed to spend $700 million to retrain a third of its workforce, others aren’t so lucky: a recent Accenture study revealing only 3% of executives plan to significantly increase training budgets over the next few years.
