Whether in freelance design, heading up traditionally male-dominated firms in areas like accounting, or starting niche law practices. Women-centric businesses impact women and their families by igniting change and shifting traditional power roles. Aspirational women see other women succeeding and know that their dreams are achievable- eliminating the sociocultural norm that "It's a man's world."
