Culture drives everything that we do. There are numerous efforts to shift the culture of the Department of Defense. Now there are thousands of startups who are working with government through these initiatives. We will explore how we are bringing vulnerability to the table, how the military is communicating differently to connect with startups, and what is the culture that our nation needs to blend the private and public world.
