Fjord Trends 2020, our annual look at what we expect will impact business and society in the year ahead, is an examination of how we think about corporate (and personal) purpose, impact, and happiness in a world that has lost its way.
For businesses, this means examining the purpose of why they exist, and the way success will be measured beyond simple growth and shareholder value.
