Presented by U.S. Department of Transportation
Accessible Transportation for All
In October 2019, the U.S Department of Transportation announced nearly $50 million in new initiatives to expand access to transportation for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals of low income. This includes up to $40 million for communities to showcase innovative business partnerships, technologies, and practices that promote independent mobility for all. This panel will discuss the vision of “complete trips” and how to leverage this unique planned funding opportunity.
