The rise of vape culture has exploded in recent years. Dispensaries sold 2.5 tons of vape concentrates in 2018. and while flower remains the top seller (56 tons sold), sales of concentrates last year increased by 83% over 2017 — twice the rate of flower. It’s hard to deny the convenience of vape devices, however the very nature of the cartridge offers an opportunity for dishonesty. On the other hand, glass devices can be smelly, clumsy, and hard to travel with. Join us for a discussion regarding the direction of consumption trends within the billion dollar cannabis industry. In theory, the Keurig should've killed the French press, and streaming should've killed vinyl, yet they coexist and appeal to different consumers. What’s next?
