With her own experience using, implementing, and measuring the impact of AI in an advertiser setting at Facebook, former rocket scientist Neha Bhargava will address how this technology has and will continue to transform how brands approach, create, and optimize customer journeys. She will share what the future has in store for advertising as AI continues to both challenge and inspire new and old ways of approaching customer experiences. The most transformative impact of AI isn’t about the improved customer experience itself, but the three critical processes & ecosystem roles that have changed to enable this outcome — from ad delivery to complex cross channel optimizations and using signals for optimization.
