Based on the book The Healing Organization: Awakening the Conscience of Business to Help Save the World, this session will describe the epidemic of silent suffering in the world, how the way we think about and practice business contributes greatly to unnecessary suffering, and how business can actually be a place of healing for the people who work there, a source of healing for all those it serves and a force for healing in society.
