Papi Churro is a Goth Cholo, Two-Spirit Drag King born of Mazewalli (Nahuatl) and Apache blood. Currently based in Austin, Texas, he is the co-producer for the Boiz of Austin, Joterias and host for Toybox with Papi Churro and Chiq Fil-Atio. Currently a cast member with Die Felicia. Most recently he founded Bizarre Stripper Burlesque troupe, Austin’s Premiere Trans Femme & Non Binary Burlesque Troupe. Papi Churro brings his own goth cholo perspective with political and artful performances. Papi is super passionate about the rights and voices for all POC performers. Papi hopes to bridge the gap, promote, and educate with regards to POC community to make sure our voices and concerns are heard.
