penelope is a Los Angeles based artist born and raised in New York City. She was originally recruited to play soccer at Stanford, but after an injury required her to medically retire, she switched her focus to music. Penelope writes all of her own music, and is heavily influenced by the retro sound of Stevie Nicks and Joni Mitchell.

In the summer of 2018, penelope dropped her first single, Catch Me When I Fall. Since then, she has released several more, including Stranger, a track mastered by the legendary Mike Dean and featured on New Music Friday this past May. She recently released her single u don't know me, which appeared on Amazon's Brand New Music playlist. penelope is currently working on her debut EP, a project intended to provide open and genuine commentary on the tumultuous turns of being a twenty-something year old.

Her favorite color is blue and she loves ramen.
