Brian is a semi-retired Investor and Operator who matchmakes the minds which create the future. Brian built conferences such as the SF MusicTech and Future of Money Summits and helps many others. He helped build both the SF Musictech Fund where he's a managing partner, and Exponential Creativity Ventures, where he was a Venture Partner, and hopes to have a Regenerative Venture Fund spun up by the time of SXSW. Brian was a founder of the Green Witch Internet Radio, which sold to a public company in the first dot com daze, and which spun out the Xiph Foundation which shepherded several open source audio technologies such as FLAC that are still dominant 20 years later. He is happiest in a hammock.
