Stef Pascual
Stef Pascual is Head of Digital at Crown Talent & Media, a fantastic management company with an eclectic roster across music, media, art, sport and events, with clients including Ella Henderson, Becky Hill, Fusion Festival and Stacey Solomon.
She’s also Director at her own company, High Fives Digital, where she works with clients outside the Crown roster, and one half of the independent label Silent Cult, home to bands like Palm Reader, Funeral Shakes, and LOOM.
Stef started in the music industry as an intern in a record label in Barcelona, and when she moved to London she found in The state51 Conspiracy the perfect company to develop her career and be part of the new generation of industry troublemakers that push for innovation, fairness and change.
Afterwards, she headed the Digital department at Sony Red / Essential, working on marketing campaigns and strategy for labels like Cooking Vinyl, Nettwerk, Easy Life, Thirty Tigers, Full Time Hobby, Snapper, Napalm, Boy Better Know and FatCat. Some of the highlights from that period include campaigns for Skepta, James Arthur, UNKLE and Alter Bridge.
Stef has also lectured at Berklee College as part of their Master of Arts in Global Entertainment and Music Business.
