Greg Kot
Greg Kot is the music critic for the Chicago Tribune and cohost of the nationally syndicated public-radio program Sound Opinions. Kot has written for Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly and other publications, and authored several books, including “I'll Take You There: Mavis Staples, the Staple Singers, and the Music that Shaped the Civil Rights Era,” "Ripped: How the Wired Generation Revolutionized Music" and “Wilco: Learning How to Die.” He lives in Chicago with his wife and two daughters.
