1. I know a lot about being a change agent in large organizations and often speak on this topic to groups large and small. I can also conduct half and full-day workshops on the topic. People find me to be entertaining so they are usually not bored.

2. I was a manager and senior leader at the CIA for about 25 years. I have many stories to tell--some of them are funny. I can also speak to lots of leadership lessons I learned. Some of them are contrarian, such as be a lazy leader.

3. I can share many practical tips to improve your thinking skills. Much of what I learned as an intelligence analyst can help businesses think better, particularly about the future. I can share these tips in a one-hour talk or in a workshop.

4. I can help organizations who want to encourage more Diversity of Thought. Most leaders don't know how to manage for diversity of thought. For example, they don't realize that their desire to reach consensus makes it very difficult for others to offer an important other view.
