Elliot Montanez

At just 22 years old, Elliot Montanez is currently helps run operations and the popular blog at hip hop hotspot Lyrical Lemonade. Elliot kicked off his career in the music industry while working for Chance the Rapper’s manager, Pat Corcoran, for three years where he helped run the rapper’s merchandise team.

Leveraging this experience, Elliot branched out to related opportunities from overseeing tour merch for artists, building out their websites and online stores, to managing production and fulfillment. Hand packaging and shipping thousands of orders himself has taught Elliot that no job is too small but it also gave him the insight into every facet of a successful operation.

Four years into his time at Lyrical Lemonade, Elliot is as multifaceted as it gets. He now runs the company’s entire website on a day to day basis as well as running Lyrical Lemonade’s socials and managing the writing staff. Having written over 3,000 articles himself, Elliot still brings his hands-on approach to his work. Between managing the merch department, supporting customer service, managing writing staff, editing articles, and running Lyrical Lemonade’s socials - Elliot’s versatility and tireless grind have been central to his success.
