Karen Peacock

As COO, Karen focuses on company and product strategy, as well as revenue and customer growth to help scale Intercom’s business. In this role, Karen actively leads 55% of Intercom, including sales, marketing, support, product, engineering, and analytics + data science.

Before joining Intercom, Karen was Senior Vice President of Small Business at Intuit, where she lead all of the company’s small business products and services, such as QuickBooks accounting, payroll and payments. In this role, she was instrumental in growing the Intuit Small Business division to $2.5B in annual revenue. She has a diverse background in both applied mathematics and business and is passionate about AI and computer science. In fact, she still likes to work on personal coding projects in her free time.

Karen received an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA from Harvard University in Applied Mathematics, with a focus on decision systems and AI.
