Nikisha Bailey

Nikisha Bailey is a community-driven entrepreneur, entertainment veteranexecutive, and philanthropist with a lifelong commitment to music. Professionally, she's been at the nexus of artist development and tech for companies such as APG (Artist Partner Group), Atlantic Records, Nvak Collective, and currently serves as VP of The Recording Academy’s New York chapter. Over her nearly 15 year career, the two-time Billboard R&B/Hip-hop Power Player has brought companies invaluable creative perspectives to the facilitation of A&R, marketing, and label operations across a highly innovative roster of artists. In addition, she’s led education efforts for 40 women artists in Egypt through her advocacy of female entrepreneurship.
