Anne-Sofie Munk

Anne-Sofie Munk, a national of Denmark, is a Strategic Partnerships Specialist with the UNFPA, the United Nations' sexual and reproductive health agency. She is based at UNFPA headquarters in New York since August 2018, where she is in charge of building and nurturing strategic partnerships for UNFPA’s humanitarian work. Anne-Sofie has more than 10 years of experience with building partnerships for humanitarian impact, and has previously also worked for the Red Cross and Doctors without Borders (MSF). She has a degree in Social Science and International Development Studies and is a member of the external examiner corps at the University of Roskilde, Denmark. She has a strong societal interest and in her fellow human beings and has lived, worked and traveled in Latin America, East and Southern Africa and South East Asia – and now also North America.
