Lauren Weiniger

Lauren is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of SAFE, a sexual health platform with a mission to disrupt the spread of STDs among millennials, in our lifetime. SAFE lets people show their verified STD status on their phone, and makes it easy and inexpensive to get tested.

SAFE’s secure technology platform connects through proprietary integrations with diagnostic labs and health care providers, social media platforms and dating apps, providing the first practical, private, and secure solution to the growing STD epidemic.

Previously, Lauren was the CEO of GrowthCity, which worked in partnership with the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce to accelerate growth in Atlanta’s investment and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Lauren was previously Chief of Staff for TAU Investment Management, an impact-focused PE fund based in NYC. She also previously oversaw a portfolio of healthcare startups for a Forbes 50 family office in Los Angeles, and spent several years as a conference director for large-scale investor conferences across the US.

An MBA graduate of Oxford University, Lauren serves as an adviser to several companies from start-up through growth, including Glow Concept, GTV, and MashandGrape. She is a member of influencer groups including the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and Summit Series, is a founding member of Dreamers//Doers, and an ambassador to Breakout.
