Ernesto Santos

Composer, producer and audio engineer, Ernesto got his start at Loho Studios in New York City, after getting his BFA in Music Production from the Sonic Arts Center, at the City College of New York.

Since his return to Bogotá, Colombia, his work has been recognized with two Latin Grammy Awards, a Grammy Award nomination, and a Bronze Statue at the London International Awards. He is currently a voting member of the Latin Recording Academy.

After completing his Master's degree in electroacoustic composition, Ernesto founded Lux Music Design, a studio focused on creating original and unique pieces for it's clients, drawing inspiration from the diverse musical traditions of the world and blending them with the vast range of creative possibilities contemporary music technology has to offer.
