Emily has been an A&R person with A&M Records and Timebomb Recordings (offshoot of Arista Records), co-founder of The Chop Shop Music Supervision, Director of Music for Sony Pictures Entertainment, Music Producer for GSD&M Advertising, Producer for Foundation Editorial (Commercial Production Company), and Head of Licensing | Artist Rights Acquisitions with Live Nation.

Emily is currently artist manager for her husband, singer/songwriter and filmmaker Jesse Dayton. Jesse has collaborated with the likes of Rob Zombie, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, the iconic punk rock band X, among many others. He appeared in the films “Halloween 2”, “The Sinner”, and "Two Step” and recently wrote and directed the film “Zombex”, which stars Malcolm McDowell, Sid Haig and Lew Temple.

She comes from a legacy music publishing family. Her grandfather, Lester Sill, signed songwriters Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller and co-founded Philles Records with Phil Spector. Her father, Chuck Kaye, had his own extensive music business career at Rondor Music, Warner Chappell Music and Dreamworks Music.

Emily spent the majority of her youth growing up in Hawaii and in the South Pacific - Surfing and sailing before she could properly walk. She attended UCLA before diving head first into the music business.
