Gee Davy

Gee is COO at AIM, leading all aspects of the organisation’s operations, with a particular focus on policy and business affairs. She joined AIM in 2017, and has since been instrumental in the development of AIM’s Digital Distribution Switch Code, as well as its support for the independent music community in response to Brexit and Covid-19. Previous experience includes several years working with Cooking Vinyl, Essential Music & Marketing and FatCat Records. She sits on IMPALA’s Board, the Rights & Legal Affairs and Policy Committees of UK Music and the Steering Group for Music Week’s Women in Music Awards. She is passionate about facilitating independent music’s continued innovation and success and supporting its positive evolution in conjunction with technology.
