Bucky Brooks graduated from the University of North-Carolina-Chapel Hill with a degree in Communications. As a two-sport standout, Brooks earned five letters as a member of the Tar Heels' football and track & field teams. He concluded his career as a two-time winner of the Art Weiner award, which is presented annually to the team's Most Outstanding Receiver. Additionally, Brooks helped the Tar Heels capture the 1992 ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Following graduation, Brooks was drafted by the Buffalo Bills with the 48th overall pick. He spent five seasons as wide receiver/defensive back/kick returner before retiring in 1999. Brooks joined the Seattle Seahawks' front office as an Area Scout before taking a position with the Carolina Panthers as a College Scout. During his tenure with the Panthers, the team appeared in Super Bowl XXXVIII and made another appearance in the 2005 NFC Championship Game. Brooks currently serves as an NFL Analyst for NFL Network and NFL.com.
