Sarah Bailey

Sarah Bailey enters her first full season with the Los Angeles Rams after being hired in December of 2017. In her current role, Bailey assists the performance staff, coaching and personnel departments with player analysis and optimization. Prior to joining the Rams, Bailey served as a teaching assistant at Simon Fraser University. Before working at Simon Fraser, Bailey was an acturial analyst at Molina Healthcare where she assisted with medicare bid preparation and review. Bailey got her start in professional sports as a media analyst intern with the San Diego Chargers from June 2015-February 2016. With the Chargers, Bailey provided statistical analysis of website traffic and performance. Bailey received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Pacific in 2015 and a master’s degree in statistics from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby B.C. Bailey is originally from Vernon, British Columbia and currently resides in Santa Monica, Calif.
