Urban Innovation Officer at City Of Amsterdam

Strategic policy advisor for the city council of Amsterdam. For the past 18 months a member of Amsterdam’s innovation team lead by the Chief Technology Officer Ger Baron. Main topics of advisory are on urban innovation such as connectivity (5G/IoT/Wi-Fi), cybersecurity and data. Joshua is also a member of the Amsterdam Smartcity Community and Amsterdam Innovation Arena building a living-lab at the city’s smartest stadium and surrounding area.

Joshua has a bachelor in Business Information & Technology and a degree in music. Aside his job at the City of Amsterdam Joshua is a parttime professional musician, saxophonist and plays with DJ’s and other live musicians at private and public events at RTL Lounge and Heineken.
