Andrew Hevia

Andrew Hevia is a Cuban American filmmaker from Miami. LEAVE THE BUS THROUGH THE BROKEN WINDOW is his directorial debut.

Andrew currently works in Los Angeles for the Academy Award-winning production company, Fabula, founded by Juan de Dios and Pablo Larraín. Previously, he co-produced Barry Jenkins’ three time Academy Award winning film MOONLIGHT and co-founded Miami’s celebrated filmmaking collective BORSCHT CORP.

His SXSW credits include NO MATTER WHAT (2011), SUN DON’T SHINE (2012) and WHEN WE LIVED IN MIAMI (2013).
