David Johnstone

David Johnstone has served as city manager in several Canadian local governments, including the towns of Roxboro, Kirkland, Chandler, Candiac, and Hampstead. Serving as president of both the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators and the International City/County Management Association, David has experience working with state and national associations of local government management, and has helped to maintain relationships among affiliate organizations across the globe.
