Michelle Andrade

Michelle Andrade is the Chief Operating Officer of Workstation Nigeria. Originally from Brockton, Massachusets. Before making the leap into the start-up world, Michelle worked as a senior accountant and analyst for companies in Washington D.C. and Boston while all consulting for small businesses. As Workstation's COO, Michelle uses her intellect and innovation to create, implement and manage operations, marketing, accounting, the member community and business development of one of Lagos' largest and most innovative coworking centers. Michelle, who is of Cape Verdean descent, is deeply committed to supporting African entrepreneurs, helping small businesses scale and building an ecosystem of change-agents.
