Every day, we work to build products and services that not only help transform mindsets, but also resonate with the way people people want to live now and in the future.

Paula leads the UX Team at EmbraerX, which is currently focused on unpacking the meaning of accessibility in the 21st Century. She brings over 10 years of hands-on experience humanizing the technologies people use every day through human-centered design and the social sciences.
