Mark Watson

Mark Watson is a second-generation Credentialed City Manager, recognized by ICMA for a 40-year career in public service, and Lifetime Achievement in City Management. Before Oak Ridge, Watson served as City Manager to six cities in Texas, Montana and Arizona, ranging in population from 5,000 to 100,000.
