Rhonda Foxx
Rhonda Foxx is the Chief of Staff to Representative Alma Adams (NC) and the founder of the Black Women’s Congressional Alliance, a caucus of 175 black women working on Capitol Hill. She joined the Congresswoman’s office after working as the interim Campaign Manager and Finance Director to Red to Blue candidate Erin Bilbray. Prior to that, she worked as Director of Operations for Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson (TX). Before her first stint on the Hill, she was a PAC/National Fundraiser for Representatives Eddie Bernice Johnson (TX), Suzanne Bonamici (OR), and Yvette Clarke (NY). Rhonda began her political career as a Finance Assistant for Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York. Before working on Capitol Hill, Rhonda served as the Executive Director/General Counsel for the London’s Bridge Foundation, a nonprofit operated by NFL Pro Bowler London Fletcher of the Washington Redskins. In this capacity she helped Mr. Fletcher earn National Football League Man of the Year Honors. She earned her B.A. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree from the George Washington University Law School.
