Sandra Bialystok is Digital Media Coordinator at the GICHD and Producer of "Home After War" - the VR experience made in collaboration beween NowHere Media, Oclus VR for Good Creators Lab and the GICHD.
Sandra has been creating content for humanitarian and social justice organisations for over a decade: she has worked for the International Labor Organisation, was Managing Editor of the Canadian Review of Social Policy, and has freelanced for other UN agencies and not-for profits. Over the past six years, she has been exploring how to tell stories and create compelling content for online audiences.
Before joining the humanitarian/not-for-profit world, Sandra earned a PhD in Comparative Literature. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she now lives in Geneva.
