Alec Brownridge

Alec Brownridge is a yoga/mindfulness facilitator, learning designer, and educational analyst based in Austin, TX. He grew up throughout the United States and in Cape Town, South Africa. Alec is committed to the growth and development of all people especially those folks from communities of color and other historically marginalized communities. He is also passionate about dance which is where he finds freedom.
