Michael Bowie

Michael Bowie is Head of Data Ethics/Director of Products and Engineering at LiveRamp where he oversees the global privacy program. Prior to joining LiveRamp, Michael was a management consultant at Deloitte & Touche’s Cyber Strategy practice. During his time at Deloitte, Michael managed programs on GDPR/privacy, wargaming, encryption, and incident response for clients in the entertainment, financial services, and e-commerce industries. Michael has a BA from the University of Central Florida (Magna cum laude), JD from Arizona State University College of Law (Willard Pedrick Scholar), and EPGM from MIT – Sloan School of Management.
