Luke Villalobos

Luke joined the Office of the Mayor in February of 2018 and has since been thrown into the deep end of everything related to homelessness in the City of Riverside. On the front lines of addressing the NIMBYs in the city, to forging innovative strategies to provide another layer of wraparound services for the homeless and near homeless, to most recently using GIS as a means to collect data on the homeless to improve data sharing and case management among multiple parties, Luke throws himself into a challenge and loves the thrill of making things work.
