Ronika Lewis is the CEO and Founder of RLI Consulting, an Information Technology and Management Consulting firm founded in 2006. RLI is an Oracle [NYSE:ORCL] World Wide Gold Partner that designs, develops, implements, and supports Enterprise Cloud Applications embedded with technologies like AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT, Advanced Analytics and focuses heavily on Cloud Security and Identity Management. In 2018, Ronika founded RL Empowers, a non profit focused on training, educating, and certifying marginalized black 18-25 year olds globally to create an organic pipeline of cloud engineers and technologists into white collar, six-figure salary jobs in STEM doing digital transformations and cloud migrations. RLI also partners with MIT Solve, focusing on economic prosperity and solving the Future of Work challenges, as part of the United Nations' sustainable development goals.
