William Broun - VP Business Development & Personalization @ Scale

William Broun is a VP with Nestlé Purina PetCare Company who focuses on mergers and acquisitions, early stage corporate venturing through 9 Square Ventures, and leads the company’s efforts in working to engage more effectively with consumers directly. With a BS in aerospace engineering and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, he has worked in corporate finance at Procter & Gamble, Equities Research at A. G. Edwards & Sons, and commercial Middle Market Banking with U.S. Bank N.A. prior to his time with Nestlé Purina. He has served on multiple boards for Nestlé Purina and has led the companies M&A practice for the past 12 years.
