Ian Goodman

Ian Goodman joined Gallagher Benefit Services in September of 2014 as Health Management Consultant and now serves clients as a Benefits Consultant. He began his career in industry in 2004. Ian has broad healthcare experience that gives him perspective from multiple sides of the business. His experience includes benefits and population health work in multiple settings - employer, provider, hospital, carrier, and broker/consultant. As Benefits Consultant, Ian uses his industry knowledge to help his clients understand what is driving their healthcare spend to create & implement a strategic plan to reach their goals. He also uses his education and experience in healthcare policy to help employers navigate through existing legislation and plan for what might happen in the future. With that knowledge he provides creative solutions that help employers recruit talent, retaining employees, and bend the cost curve. • Ian graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Texas A&M Health Science Center with a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Policy and Management. • He currently lives in Belton with his wife (Sarah), Sons (Luke, Anderson & Keller), and dog (Kendall). • In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing 42 dominoes, and attending Texas A&M football games.
