Adam Wardell

Adam is Head of Innovation & Strategy at Novartis Australia, responsible for shaping future innovative growth opportunities, both from internal product development pipeline and diverse fields of novel research with external partners globally. With a passion for empowering convergence, Adam is partnering internally to ensure capability transformation meets emerging trends & collaborating externally to put Australian innovation on the global stage (in healthcare, technology and beyond). A key contributor to ANDHealth (Australia’s only evidence-based digital health accelerator) and Business Council of Australia’s “Innovation Nation” initiative, Adam is also guiding ex-industry partners on their impact on life quality, as well as mentoring start-ups on how to succeed in healthcare.
