Megan Brown

Megan represents companies and associations at the intersection of technology and regulation, with a focus on privacy and cybersecurity. She helps respond to agency and Congressional inquiries and develop compliance strategies under a variety of statutes, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Federal Communications Act, and state laws.

As a former senior Department of Justice official, Megan helps clients navigate government and shape law. She serves on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Cybersecurity Leadership Council and is Associate Director for Cybersecurity at George Mason law school’s National Security Institute. She is also a Board member of the Women's High Tech Coalition.
