Mallory Rubin

Mallory Rubin is the Head of Editorial at The Ringer and is one of the founding members of the site.

Mallory and Joanna Robinson co-host the deep dive podcast House of R, a recent spinoff from The Ringer’s popular nerd culture podcast, The Ringer-Verse. Previously, Mallory co-hosted the podcast Binge Mode (which comprehensively covered Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Marvel), as well as the Game of Thrones after show Talk the Thrones. She is also a frequent guest across other pop culture and sports shows on The Ringer’s podcast network.

Previously, Mallory served as The Ringer’s Editor-in-Chief, Executive Editor, and Deputy Editor, and before that, as a Senior Editor at Grantland and Sports Illustrated’s website.

Mallory hails from Baltimore and attended Syracuse University. She loves her cat Halo, fantasy literature, and Baltimore sports.
