Over the span of her career, she helped pioneer the creation of revenue-generating, in-house/agency production companies within television stations; she developed strategic relationships between the television stations and corporations and community organizations, strengthening the brands, while advancing their critical role in the communities they serve; she harnessed the power of the medium, coupled with access to celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres, Melissa McCarthy, Katie Couric, and Mariah Carey, creating powerful events to benefit local charities and the community at large.
