She's been an integral leader in building and directing the advertising and marketing department for the largest privately held auto group in the US. She uses data analysis to along with knowledge through years of experience to drive decisions. Diane's healthy risk awareness and holistic strategic vision have enabled her to build the departments and develop the staff at Automotive Advertising Group to be the leader in the industry. She understands that people are the most vital part of any organization, and empowering them to do something that they love is the best investment a company can make.
