Lucy Mackey

Lucy counsels clients on FTC-related issues including privacy issues as well as advertising campaigns, sweepstakes and promotions, packaging and labeling, and claim substantiation. She also represents clients before the National Advertising Division.

She also manages global trademark portfolios across all areas of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution and maintenance, as well as domain portfolio management. She represents clients in federal litigation involving trademark, unfair competition, and licensing matters. She develops domestic and international programs for the protection and enforcement of trademarks and directs trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
