Mac Sullivan
Mac Sullivan is currently Senior Business Development Manager for Toll Global Forwarding. Mac has previously been the Transpacific Trade Lane Manger for North Asia at two top 25 global logistics companies. In this role, he manages air, sea, warehousing, and road transportation for Fortune 500 companies. He has 6 years working in international logistics and 9 years working experience in Asia doing international business.
Mac is an American and has been in Shanghai, China since 2010. Prior to Toll, he was the Product Manager for a US based building material company. For freight forwarding experience, he was Route Development Executive, Central China for NNR Logistics for 3.5 years. At NNR, he led a team in sales, business development and account management for various MNC accounts. Mac has also given speeches and lectures at industry events (500+ attendees) including the annual TPM conferences in Shenzhen and Los Angeles.
Mac has a strong academic background. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Political Theory from East China Normal University. He also graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Georgia and has an EMBA from Hult International Business School.
Lastly, Mac enjoys teaching and sharing knowledge regarding his cross cultural experiences. He contributes every summer as Adjunct Professor at Tongji University for their international MBA programs.
