B.B. Araya

Bethiael Berhane Araya is a Texas-based filmmaker whose work explores humanity through the lens of women of the African diaspora. After interning for director Richard Linklater, she created and directed the short film series, We Are, which was was picked up for distribution by Issa Rae Productions. She is currently penning her feature film debut.
