Karen Maine wrote and directed the short Yes, God, Yes (2017), which premiered as a Vimeo Staff Pick, received 2.9 million views, and was covered widely in the press. It also won “Best Short” at the St. Louis Film Festival. She co­-wrote Obvious Child (2014), which premiered at Sundance and was distributed by A24. She lives in Brooklyn.
